Licensing Seminars |
||
Several Process Impact seminars that were developed by Karl Wiegers are available
for licensing. These seminars have been presented many times to diverse audiences.
You might want to license one of these seminars for several reasons:
The terms of the licenses give you the right to subset, modify, and extend the material to best suit the needs of each audience. Each license package includes a complete set of Microsoft PowerPoint slides with detailed instructor notes, a white paper on the topic, work aids and practice pages for the seminar, and guidance for presenting the seminar. Companies that have licensed the seminars have received excellent value from them. The seminars that are currently available for licensing are: Writing High-Quality Requirements (based on Karl Wiegers's book More About Software Requirements) Exploring User Requirements with Use Cases Software Inspections and Peer Reviews (based on Karl Wiegers's book Peer Reviews in Software) Project Management Best Practices (based in part on Karl Wiegers's book Practical Project Initiation) Introduction to Software Risk Management For licensing prices or more information, please e-mail Process Impact. eLearning CoursewareAnother option for bringing Process Impact seminars into your site is to license the eLearning versions of the seminars. The eLearning courses also make excellent train-the-trainer aids for instructors of the live seminars. For more information on available courses and costs, please visit our eLearning page. |
